Scarborough Employer Needs Survey - interviewing employers and stakeholders concerning skills, labour market supply and barriers to employment, to support Scarborough Council in their application to the RDA for a employability project. Also, assisting with Action Learning Sets for EEDA’s Work Limiting Illness Network. This involved writing a 20 page briefing paper for participants.

A successful stage 3 application to Yorkshire Forward to secure £1.7 million to complete the funding package for a new Arts and Civic Centre.

Yorkshire Forward Renaissance Management Programme

Leading the the £10 million Scunthorpe Renaissance Programme and supporting the management of the £11 million Bridlington Renaissance Programme. Includes procurement through design competition

EC Harris

Successfully secured £700,000, the maximum eligible for the private sector development of 54,000 square foot units, costing £5 million. This involved writing the ERDF application including development appraisal and supporting business plan, then negotiating this through various stages of consultation and peer review.

Hartlepool Town Council

Managing interactive workshops for stakeholders and sensitive public consultation, then analysis of the information to support a design competition for the redevelopment of Hartlepool Town Square.
