Business
Social Enterprise and Community Businesses - Our social enterprise team is made up of experts from the social enterprise and public sector, the commercial sector and from the finance and banking sector who work together to give the best results for our clients. The Team combines an understanding and empathy for the sector with a commercial outlook and strong financial background.
Our work with social enterprise covers a broad spectrum of assistance including business planning, how to be competitive, funding, full cost recovery, pricing, governance and legal structures and monitoring and evaluation systems.
Graphics and Websites
Tony Crellin leads our graphics and design service for marketing leaflets, community news letters, logos and branding. Tony has a natural flair for design and works collaboratively with organisations to produce materials that reflect their nature and ethos.
We can then combine this with technical input to create a website that fulfils the client's needs and creates the right image.
People
Employment and Skills, Community Regeneration - Led by Debbie Crellin and drawing in associate consultants where required, we offer in depth knowledge and expertise on learning and skills and employability.
Services offered can be on a consultative or interim management basis and cover strategy development, programme design and development, stakeholder and employer engagement, procurement, project management using Prince 2 methodologies, contract management and evaluation.
Place
Regeneration, Renaissance, Sense of Place, Public Realm and Environment - All our services are offered on a consultative or interim management basis and assistance can be in the capacity of lead role or a supportive role. Services are offered for all types of capital project from built environment to public realm to countryside.
Services include strategic project and programme management using Prince 2 based principles, appraisal of business plans and investment proposals, funding applications, engagement of stakeholders and community consultation.
